Clive Bawden

Clive is an Independent Non-Executive Director with specific responsibility for Finance & Risk. Appointed to the Board following an open search process in February 2017, Clive is also Senior Non Independent Director at Skateboard England. A chartered accountant and chartered marketer, Clive has an extensive background in professional services, industry and commerce. These include roles at KPMG, Inchcape plc and Saint-Gobain as well as voluntary roles as Trustee for Finance at the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and a Non-Executive Director of the Warwickshire Cricket Board between where he held specific responsibility for the development of Women & Girls cricket. Clive is also a member of the Finance and Risk Sub Committee.
