Cambridge – Shredder Skate Comp 5

Register to skate at Shredder Skate Comp 5!

The competition will take place on Saturday 5th July 2025 at Burwell Skatepark, Cambridge from 2pm-6pm (after party until late).

The competition will feature:
Kids Competition (Under 16s)
Skate Competition (All ages)
Best Trick Comps
Best Slam
Game of S.K.A.T.E
Live Music
Food & Drink

Trophies & product prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Best Trick for Kids Competition.
Trophies & Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & Best Trick for Skate Competition.
All entrants will receive a free T-shirt for entering.

All competitions are mixed gender. If we have enough female entires we will host an all girls Over 16 competition.

COMPETITION RULES:

Each competitor will have 1 minute to complete as many tricks as possible. You will have use of the whole skatepark individually for your ‘run’.

Competitors are awarded 1 point per trick landed successfully. Repeat tricks will not be scored. A bonus point will be awarded if a ‘run’ is completed without failing any tricks.

Competitors are also scored out of 15 on ‘use of park’ and ‘difficulty of tricks’.

For competitors in the ‘Kids Comp’ category a handicap will be applied. A bonus point for each year under the age of 16 a rider is. This will be applied to their final score. This rule evens the playing field for younger riders.

In the ‘Best Trick categories’, competitors will be allowed use of the whole skatepark together all at once for 10 minutes.
