Why Join?
Running a community skate group takes time, energy and plenty of graft. Whether you’re helping more people get on a skateboard, running community events or bringing your local skate scene together, being part of Skateboard GB means you don’t have to do it alone.
With a community partner membership, you get:
- Insurance cover for ad-hoc community events
- Use of the Skateboard GB branding (guidelines available)
- Recognition as a Skateboard GB member Community Partner
- Information, documents & resources from Skateboard GB
- Someone to turn to when you need advice around safeguarding.
- Support from Skateboard GB Communities Team
For just £8 a month, your community group will be covered and have the support of Skateboard GB to grow skateboarding in the UK.

Community Groups that are based at skateparks and provide a free service to their local community, this membership would benefit you.
Community Groups will need to provide proof of constitution. The insurance only covers ad-hoc events, not regular sessions or lessons.
