Job Opportunity: Head of Partnerships

We are expanding. An opportunity has arisen for us to employ a Head of Partnerships, to drive revenue growth through partnerships, sponsorship and other commercial activity, including the National Championships and other events.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person  who has an understanding of and passion for skateboarding. The role will suit a highly driven, competent and innovative individual with a successful background in developing and commercialising winning propositions, and has a strong track record in achieving significant income from commercial partnerships or affinities. A strong background in events/competitions is essential, as is an experience and understanding of digital platforms and their commercial potential

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is:

·                   Enthusiastic and passionate about skateboarding.

·                   Has strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills

·                   Is self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks.

·                   Must be able to work on own initiative, and have excellent organisational & planning skills.

The role is home-based and will involve considerable travel across the UK. Consequently, a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, as is the availability to work flexibly including regular evenings and weekends throughout the year. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake a DBS check upon offer of the role.

Salary: £40,000

Location: UK, Home-based

Contract type: Full Time for 12-months
