One of the most important ways to support and protect children, young people and adults is to share any concerns. Doing nothing is not an option.

If you believe someone is injured or at an immediate risk of harm, then you should contact the emergency services without delay using 999. If you need to take this action in an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible afterwards by email or online form.

If you do not believe emergency action is required, but you have witnessed or been informed of a safeguarding concern please do let us know either by email at [email protected] or using the online form link below.

You can make a report anonymously, however be aware that this can limit external agency response to a concern and will mean we are unable to contact you about the concerns or any follow up action.

What happens after the form is submitted?
Your concern will be sent directly to a secure system only accessible by the Skateboard GB Safeguarding Team. Your concern will be managed by a trained safeguarding professional with experience in managing safeguarding cases in an empathetic and professional manner.

We will aim to get back to you within 48 hours of your concern being reported within office hours (Monday – Friday 9-5). Outside of those hours we will usually respond on the next working day. Please provide your contact details so that we can obtain further information from you, if necessary.

Your concern will be treated in confidence, and when required will be referred to another appropriate agency to investigate such as police or social services.

After submitting your concern, you will receive a response confirming that it has been received – please keep a record of this.

Skateboard GB will use the personal information that you provide in accordance with our privacy policy (which may be updated from time to time).
