Sarah Mortiboys

Sarah is a highly accomplished executive and non-executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience spanning sport, education, community development and the third sector. Recognised for her strategic leadership, systems-thinking and commitment to equity and inclusion, she has built her career by driving transformational change that improves outcomes for children and young people.

Sarah has held numerous executive roles across the sporting landscape including Wesport Active Partnership, Bristol Sport Foundation, Premiership Rugby, Dallaglio RugbyWorks and Comic Relief, leading large teams, complex partnerships and multi-million-pound programmes. She is also the Senior Independent Director for Access Sport; a national inclusion charity. She is known for her ability to unite stakeholders across our sector and believes in the power of sport to help deliver meaningful social impact. Prior to her career in sport Sarah spent nearly a decade working across secondary education as a PE teacher and Assistant Head.

Sarah lives in Bath with her partner Tim and their dog, Douglas.
