V has worked in the world of sport for over 20yrs and is particularly passionate about the role that sport can play in making a difference to both people’s and communities lives. V has worked with a range of sports and community organisations to develop creative opportunities to be active and is experienced in working at a senior leadership level.

She believes passionately that everyone has the right to find a space to be in active in, and as a female leader in sport wants to encourage more women into this space. V can see the uniqueness and brilliance in skateboarding and is committed to working with skateboarders to make a positive difference to the sport.

In her spare time V likes to explore the beautiful rolling coastline of Dorset and Devon, take a dip in the sea and in the winter months get out to the mountains with her board and soak up the mountain air.
