Scarborough Extreme

Scarborough Extreme Showcase Event is celebrating a wide range of action sports including Skateboarding, this free event aims to help increase participation and progression in action sports. We will have the following skateboarding activities:

Team Extreme will be providing 4 x live shows throughout the day on a purpose built 6ft Mini Ramp performing their sickest tricks, their team will include a pro skateboarder who in between shows will offer ‘workshops’ to members of the public who would like a go on the ramp.

Team Dissent from our local skate shop will also be demoing their skills and they are offering a limited amount of free beginners skate lessons to local community organisations.

After you have watched the Team Extreme pro Skateboarder rip it up, we are encouraging people to go and try to shred it like a pro at Scarborough’s Hairy Bob’s Skatepark.
